Privacy policy
Last updated November 4, 2026.
This website is operated by Dario Luah, REALTOR®, a real estate associate registered with MaxWell Challenge Realty and a member of the River Valley Realty team. This policy explains how personal information submitted through this site is handled, in line with Alberta’s Personal Information Protection Act.
What I collect
When you fill in a form, I collect the details you enter, such as your name, email, phone number, property address and what you’re looking for. The site may also record basic technical information, such as the pages and listings you view, to help me follow up on your request.
Why I collect it
To respond to your request, prepare a home value report, send listings or guides you asked for and provide real estate services. If you opt in, I’ll also send my monthly market report by email.
Listing statistics for CREA
When you open an MLS® listing on the Search page, this site tells The Canadian Real Estate Association’s listing statistics service that the listing was viewed, as REALTOR.ca DDF® rules require. It sends the listing number and a random ID stored in your browser, never your name, email or other contact details. CREA uses these statistics to show REALTORS® and brokerages how often their listings are seen.
Who sees it
Me, the River Valley Realty team and MaxWell Challenge Realty, plus the service providers that run this website and my client records, such as my website host and customer relationship management system. I don’t sell your personal information.
How long I keep it
Only as long as needed for these purposes, or as required by law and real estate record-keeping rules.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any email. You can also ask me to access, correct or delete your information.
